• All active reservations shall be required to subscribe to our $1/month Client Resources Course hub.

    The $1/month is set in place to prevent non-active clients from accessing our copyrighted and trademarked materials for free. The $1/month subscription fee will be refunded to the client at time of delivery in cash. Access to the Client Resources Course hub will be given at a minimum of 7 days prior to the scheduled delivery and will be canceled by the company after the equipment is returned.

    Any non active and non affiliated client or company accessing our Client Resources Course Hub will be charged a $7500 fee for accessing our copyrighted and trademarked course materials.

    MANDATORY PRE DELIVERY MODULES

    1. The Client and all individuals who will be operating the hyperbaric chamber must complete all required educational training modules before delivery. Legendary O2 shall provide the Client with access to the REQUIRED training modules and educational materials 7 days prior the scheduled rental period.

    2. ALL PRE DELIVERY REQUIRED MODULES MUST BE COMPLETED WITH A PASSING GRADE 24 HOURS PRIOR TO DELIVERY.

    3. All individuals intending to use the equipment shall pass the required post-module quiz prior to delivery. Failure to pass the quiz may result in cancellation or rescheduling of the rental, and the Client shall be responsible for any applicable rescheduling fees.

    4. If training modules are not completed prior to delivery, the Client shall be required to complete them on-site before the supervised mini-session. Any delay exceeding the allotted one and one-half (1.5) hour delivery window shall be subject to additional charges of $125/ hour.

    5. Additional educational and training modules will also be provided to the client as further and more in-depth supplemental information.

  • The Client shall present a valid government-issued photo identification card, such as a driver’s license or passport, upon delivery. The name on the identification must match the name on the payment method used for the rental.

    The Client, and all individuals who will be using or helping facilitate with the hyperbaric chamber sessions must all be present at the time of delivery to complete intake training, and sign all required liability documentation.

    Any person who is not present at the time of delivery and who has not signed Legendary O2’s Rental Agreement and HIPAA Compliance & Liability Waiver shall not be permitted to operate the equipment.

  • Legendary O2 will reach out 7 days prior to the scheduled delivery date to confirm the delivery and pick up times.

    The Client shall confirm both the scheduled delivery and pickup times no later than 3 days prior to the start date of the rental period.

    If the Client fails to confirm, Legendary O2 reserves the right to delay, reschedule, or cancel the rental, and the Client shall be subject to applicable fees.

    Full payment must be received and processed 7 days before the delivery date. Failure to provide full payment may result in cancellation or delay of the rental.  

    The Client shall submit a photograph of the designated placement area to verify that the following conditions are met:

    1. A minimum of nine (9) feet by five (7) feet of clear space is available for the placement of the chamber and all necessary equipment.

    2. The Client shall confirm that the entryway to the setup area is no less than thirty-six (36) inches in width.

    3. If stairs are involved, the Client shall confirm the width and accessibility of such stairs. If the setup area does not meet the necessary criteria, additional fees may be assessed for alternative placement or rental cancellation.

    4. The location has direct access to a twenty (20) AMP Gfi power outlet preferred for your safety.

    5. The area is free from fire hazards, water hazards, or any other obstructions that could interfere with safe operation.

    6. Any furniture that may interfere with the setup shall be moved by the client prior to delivery.

    7. Any rental location farther than 50 miles of our warehouse in DTLA will be charged an additional $2 per every additional 1 mile.

  • Delivery:

    1. The delivery time frame shall take up to 2 hours and will be confirmed 7 days prior.

    2. The delivery shall include transporting, bringing in and installing the equipment, and a supervised 30 minute introductory session.

    3. Any rental location farther than 50 miles from our warehouse in DTLA will be charged an additional one ($2) dollar per every additional one (1) mile.

    4. Deliveries shall be scheduled for the morning or early afternoon to allow the Client up to 4 hours of hyperbaric oxygen therapy following setup.

    5. If The Client has failed to complete or pass the REQUIRED PRE-DELIVERY TRAINING MODULES, Any additional time beyond the included 2 hour delivery or pickup window to assist the client in completing and passing their REQUIRED PRE-DELIVERY TRAINING MODULES will be subject to additional fees of $125/ hour. It is essential that The Client has completed and passed their REQUIRED PRE-DELIVERY TRAINING MODULES so that they have familiarized themselves with the necessary information and equipment prior to delivery and are able to ask any questions upon arrival.

    Pick-Up:

    1. The pickup timeframe shall be up to one 1- 1 1/2 hour(s) for breakdown, inspection and return.

    2. Pickups shall be scheduled 7 days prior to delivery and confirmed 3-4 days prior to the pick-up date.

    3. Pick-ups shall. be scheduled for the late afternoon or evening to allow the Client up to 4 hours of hyperbaric oxygen therapy prior to removal.

    4. Needing to reschedule delivery after our team has already arrived will incur additional fees of $125/hour starting from when our delivery truck left our facility to when they return to the facility after the incomplete delivery and installation.

    5. Our team will reach out to you 3-4 days prior to your pick-up date to discuss any availability of additional rental extension days.

  • The Client must return the equipment at the pre-scheduled pickup time which will be set prior to delivery. Failure to do so may result in additional rental charges based on the discounted daily rate.

    If the Client is unavailable for pickup or fails to make the equipment accessible, a $500 failed pickup fee will be assessed, and additional daily rental fees will continue to accrue.

    If the equipment is not returned within 72 hours of the scheduled pickup, it will be deemed abandoned, and the Client authorizes Legendary O2 to enter the property and retrieve the equipment.

    In cases of abandonment, the Client is responsible for all legal fees, retrieval costs, and outstanding rental fees until the equipment is successfully recovered.

  •  The Client agrees to comply with all safety protocols, operational guidelines, and instructions provided by the Company during all hyperbaric oxygen therapy sessions as per instructed in the Customer Educational Resources and Modules, the printed manual, and as listed in the instructions on the equipment.

    The Client acknowledges the use of the equipment is inherently dangerous with iff certain safety protocols are not followed.

    Prohibited behaviors include:

    1. No pets are allowed inside or near the hyperbaric chamber or any equipment without prior written consent.

    2. The Client shall not move, touch, or tamper with the visual monitor camera. Any unauthorized adjustments will result in additional fees and will void the damage waiver.

    3. Only one (1) person is allowed inside the chamber at a time.

    4. No food or beverages are allowed inside the chamber. Chewing gum is permitted to help with equalizing pressure of the ears, but the gum must be disposed of properly outside of the chamber. Any gum found stuck or inside the chamber will incur a minimum of an additional $100 fee.  

    5. No shoes, jewelry, or any sharp objects may be worn inside the chamber.

    6. No vaping, smoking, or use of any tobacco or electronic cigarette products is allowed in or within 100 feet of the equipment.

    7. No smoking three (3) hours prior to starting your HBOT session. Nicotine counteracts the attempts to deliver oxygen through hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Nicotine patches must be removed 3 hours before treatment. Nicotine restricts the blood supply to fingers and toes. Irritating mucous membranes may make it difficult to equalize your ears and sinuses, which can result in damage to your middle or inner ear. Carbon monoxide from cigarettes introduces carbon monoxide into the blood steam, which reduces the oxygen carrying capacity of your hemoglobin in your red blood cells. Based on the above, it is incompatible for patients to be smoking when they are undergoing treatment. Long term smokers are strongly advised to stop smoking during treatment.

    8. No watches, smartwatches, or any electronic devices are permitted inside the chamber unless otherwise approved.

    9. The Client shall not make phone calls inside the chamber. We strongly suggest leaving your phone outside of the chamber during your session.

      • EMF radiation from your phone or smart watch can inhibit and drastically slow down and even prevent the healing process. It is essential to limit your EMF radiation as much as possible when in the chamber.

    10. No fornication, masturbation, or any inappropriate behavior is allowed inside or near the chamber.

    11. The Client shall not enter the chamber or be within 25 feet of the chamber if intoxicated or under the influence of recreational or prescription drugs. If The Client must take prescription drugs as part of their physician prescribed treatment during their rental, The Client shall disclose this information to Legendary O2. 

    12. The Client shall not wear any flammable fabrics inside the chamber, including but not limited to cashmere, windbreaker material, polyester, or 100% synthetic fiber material. The Client must only wear 100% cotton material fabrics within the chamber.

    13. The Client shall not increase the level of ATA pressure to be greater than discussed and agreed upon at time of delivery. Any adjustments of pressure shall only be done by a staff member of Legendary O2.

    14.  The Client shall not use the chamber longer than 4 hours per every 24 hour period for their health and safety and to minimize any side effects such as oxygen toxicity. We recommend anyone doing more than ten (10) hours of HBOT within a short period of time take antioxidants and necessary  supplements as provided in our HIPAA COMPLIANCE WAIVER to help minimize any risks.

    Violation of any of the prohibited behaviors listed in this Agreement will result in immediate contract termination, additional liability for damages, and forfeiture of the damage waiver.

  • The Client acknowledges that Legendary O2 uses remote monitoring technology to ensure proper usage and compliance with rental terms. This will be a wifi remote access password protected and encrypted camera.

    Any attempt to tamper with, block, disable, or move the monitoring system shall result in an immediate breach of contract, forfeiture of the damage waiver, and additional fees. Visual monitor is set up for your safety and liability purposes.

    Legendary O2 requires a visual monitor camera to be on at all times for the health and safety of the client during their treatments to prevent against and monitor for any prohibited behaviors.

  • The Client shall not tamper with, disassemble, alter, or attempt to repair any part of the equipment. Any unauthorized modifications will result in an immediate termination of your rental contract and full financial liability for damages.

    If any damage occurs, the Client shall immediately notify the Company and cease using the equipment until an inspection is conducted.

    The visual monitor shall not be moved or adjusted in anyway. Client will be charged an additional fee of $125 for our staff to come back over and read just the change in camera framing. Any unauthorized modifications will result in an immediate termination of your rental contract and full financial liability for damages and additional liability for damages.

  • The Client may not assign, transfer, rent or sublet the rental agreement to any other party without written consent from Legendary O2.

    Unauthorized third-party use shall result in an immediate contract termination and additional liability for damages.

  • All content provided by Legendary O2: Hyperbaric Rentals & O2 Wellness Consulting, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and downloadable materials, is the exclusive property of Legendary O2: Hyperbaric Rentals & O2 Wellness Consulting and is protected by copyright law. All content is owned and protected by copyright laws and that Legendary O2: Hyperbaric Rentals & O2 Wellness Consulting holds all rights to the content.

    Restrictions on Use:

  • Clients must respond promptly to all pre-delivery scheduling confirmations to ensure a smooth setup process.

    • Failure to confirm delivery details within 48 hours of your scheduled date may result in cancellation or rescheduling fees.

  • The information and services provided by Legendary O2: Hyperbaric Rentals & O2 Wellness Consulting, including but not limited to hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT), are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

  • In case of a medical emergency, clients are advised stop their session, and to contact their primary healthcare provider or seek emergency medical attention immediately. HBOT is not a substitute for urgent or emergency medical care.

  • End-of-Rental Support: We’ll contact you before your rental ends to discuss any interest or availability in extending your rental package based on availability. Equipment rentals are typically waitlisted, so advance booking is highly recommended.

    If you choose to extend your rental, you will be charged the discounted daily average of your original prepaid package rate. First Time Clients daily rate for extending your rental will be dropped down to the Returning Client discounted daily rate. Extensions are subject to chamber availability and must be arranged in advance. Priority is given to prepaid reservations. Non discounted daily rental rates are based on a $500/ rate given the up to 4 hours/ day usage availability.

  • Accepted payment methods and additional transaction fees:

    1. Credit and Debit Cards – Accepted providers include Visa, Mastercard, and other major issuers. Domestic personal cards issued by Visa, Mastercard, and other major providers will incur an additional service fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction.

    1. Premium Credit Cards – Includes American Express and other premium cards. Cards issued by American Express and similar providers will be charged an additional 2.9% service fee + $0.30 per transaction.

    1. ACH Payments – Direct bank transfers. Direct bank transfers will incur an additional 1% service fee per transaction.

    1. Klarna Payments – Buy now, pay later service. Klarna transactions will be subject to an additional 5.49% + $0.30 per transaction.

    1. Afterpay Payments – Installment payment service. Afterpay transactions will be subject to an additional 6% + $0.30 per transaction. ALL AFTERPAY PAYMENTS MUST BE FINISHED 7 DAYS PRIOR TO DELIVERY DATE.

    The Client must ensure that the selected payment method has sufficient funds at the time of transaction. Legendary O2 is not responsible for declined payments or insufficient funds.

    Legendary O2 is in compliance with California state sales tax regulations and fees include:

    1. In accordance with California state law, all rental transactions are subject to the prevailing sales tax rate of 7.25%.

    2. The sales tax will be applied to the total rental cost before any additional service fees or charges.

    3. The Client is responsible for paying all applicable sales tax at the time of the transaction.

  • Legendary O2 offers a Share The Love Rental Referral Credit to Clients who refer new customers who complete a qualifying rental package purchase. The Referral Credit shall be applied to your next rental package and is calculated based on the rental package that the referred client purchased. Share The Love Rental Referral Credits:

    1. $100 in credit will be given for each client referral who purchases the Explorer Rental Package.

    2. $250 in credit will be given for each client referral who purchases the Champion Rental Package.

    3. $500 in credit will be given for each referral who purchases the Legendary Rental Package.

    The referral credit shall be applied and given as a refund to the Client’s original method of payment upon delivery of the Client’s next rental purchase. The Referral Credit is non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the Client who referred the new customer. Rental Credit may only be given to one referring client and may not be split. Only 1 Referral Credit may be applied per rental transaction at a time, regardless of the number of referrals made. The Referral Credit cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or credits. The Referral Credit has no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash, gift cards, or other forms of compensation.

    To qualify for the Referral Credit, the referred customer must:

    • Be a new customer who has not previously rented from the Company.

    • Complete the rental agreement and make full payment for a qualifying rental package.

    • The Client must ensure that the referred customer provides the Client’s name at the time of booking to be eligible for the Referral Credit.

    The Company reserves the right to verify all referrals and deny any Referral Credit in cases of fraud, misrepresentation, or abuse of the program.The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral Credit program at any time without prior notice.In the event of program termination, any earned but unused Referral Credits will remain valid for 365 days from the date of termination.

  • Reservations & Payment: We require a minimum deposit of 50% of your Rental Package price in order to hold your reservation. Clients also have the option to make the payment in full at time of purchase, but at a minimum 50% is required to hold the reservation dates. Due to limited inventory and high demand, cancellations and changes made greater than 7 days prior to the date of delivery, The Client will be charged 25% of the rental package price.

    Full payment is required 7 days prior to delivery date. Due to limited inventory and high demand, cancellations and changes made within the 7 days prior to the date of delivery, The Client will be charged 50% of the rental package price. Our team will reach out to you 7 days prior to your delivery date to schedule your delivery and pick-up times.

    Early Returns & Cancellations Daily Rate Policy: If equipment is returned early for any reason, the total charge will be recalculated based on the daily rental rate of $500 per day, rather than the full rental package price. Our non discounted daily rental rate is $500 per day, which includes up to 4 hours of chamber use per day. No refunds will be issued for unused days if the daily rate exceeds the prorated package cost. If equipment is returned early, the total charge will be recalculated based on our daily rate rather than the full rental package price.

  • Our trained staff will ensure the equipment works properly prior to delivery. Our trained staff will also supervise 1 mini session with you after set up and installation to make sure equipment is working properly. Once our staff has had the client sign all paperwork and leaves we are no long responsible for any damages.

    All rentals are subject to a mandatory, non-refundable Damage and Cleaning Waiver Fee of $125 per rental period. This fee covers:

    1. Routine cleaning and sanitation of the chamber and equipment.

    2. Minor wear and tear incurred during the rental period.

     The Customer agrees to:

    • Operate the equipment in accordance with the provided instructions and guidelines.

    • Notify the Company immediately in case of any damage or malfunction.

    Failure to adhere to these obligations may result in full financial liability for damages. The Company agrees to waive the Customer’s financial liability for covered damages up to $1000

    The Damage and Cleaning Waiver Fee does not cover:

    1.  Intentional damage, misuse, or negligence.

    2. Unauthorized modifications or tampering with the equipment.

    3. Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or alterations.

    4. Theft, loss, or total destruction of the rented equipment.

    5. Damage due to fire, flood, or natural disasters.

    The Client is financially responsible for damages, theft, or loss exceeding the coverage of the Damage and Cleaning Waiver Fee.

    Legendary O2 reserves the right to charge the Client’s payment method on file for any additional fees due under this Agreement.

    Legendary O2 reserves the right to charge the Client’s payment method on file for any additional fees due. Any damages exceeding the coverage limit will be billed to the Customer, and payment will be due within 45 days of equipment return date. In the event of theft or total loss, the Customer agrees to pay the full replacement value of the equipment, regardless of waiver coverage. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

    In the event of a chargeback or disputed transaction, the Client agrees to first attempt to resolve the matter directly with Legendary O2 before initiating a dispute with their payment provider. Any disputes will be handled under California law.

  • Legendary O2 reserves the right to refuse service, terminate a rental agreement, or cancel a reservation at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

    • Violation of Rental Terms & Conditions – Failure to comply with safety guidelines, operational protocols, or company policies.

    • Tampering with Equipment – Unauthorized modifications, improper use, or interference with the chamber’s monitoring system.

    • Failure to Make Payments – Non-payment or chargeback disputes related to rental fees, damage waivers, or other associated costs.

    • Disruptive, Abusive, or Unsafe Behavior – Any actions deemed threatening, inappropriate, or unsafe to our staff, business, or equipment.

    • Fraudulent Activity or Misrepresentation – Providing false information or engaging in deceptive practices when booking a rental.

    • Health or Safety Concerns – If at any time, Legendary O2 determines that the use of the chamber may pose a risk to the client or others.

    In the event of a cancellation initiated by Legendary O2, clients will be notified promptly, and any refunds or financial obligations will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Legendary O2 is not responsible for any losses incurred due to rental termination.

  • UPGRADE to Headset Cannula: $25

    Clients are able upgrade their nasal cannula to a headset style cannula. Avoid direct contact with the nostrils for an external use of nasal oxygen flow.

    The headset cannula sits on the head like a gamer headset with a microphone attachment. Instead spraying the face whichever way you would like for added direct oxygen flow.

  • End-of-Rental Support: We’ll contact you before your rental ends to discuss any interest or availability in extending your rental package based on availability. Equipment rentals are typically waitlisted, so advance booking is highly recommended.

    If you choose to extend your rental, you will be charged the discounted daily average of your original prepaid package rate.

    First Time Clients daily rate for extending your rental will be dropped down to the Returning Client discounted daily rate. Extensions are subject to chamber availability and must be arranged in advance.

    Priority is given to prepaid reservations.

    Non discounted daily rental rates are based on a $500/ rate given the up to 4 hours/ day usage availability.

  • The Client may request additional supervised sessions at a rate of $125/hour. These sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to staff availability.

    In the event of an operational issue with the chamber, Legendary o2 shall dispatch a technician to the Client’s premises within twenty-four 24 to 48 hours of notification.

    If the issue is determined to be caused by a mechanical failure not resulting from Client misuse, Legendary O2 shall either:

    1. Repair the unit and adjust the rental period to compensate for lost time.

    2. Offer the Client the option to terminate the rental agreement early and issue a refund based on the discounted daily rate of their original rental package.

    If the issue is determined to have been caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized adjustments by the Client, repair fees and additional costs will apply.

  • Clients are able to rent a generator for locations without a direct access to a 20 AMP Gfi power outlet preferred for your safety for an additional fee.

    These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern the use of services, website, and equipment rental provided by Legendary O2: Hyperbaric Rentals & O2 Wellness Consulting (“Company”, “we”, “our”). By accessing or using our services, website, or renting our equipment, you (“Customer”, “you”) agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

    (1.) Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using our services.

    (2.) Eligibility

    To use our services, you must:

    (i.) Be at least 18 years old, or have a legal guardian present if under 18,

    (ii.) Be legally capable of entering into a rental or service agreement,

    (iii.) Complete all necessary safety screening and consent forms prior to using any services or equipment.

    (3.) Use of Services & Equipment

    A. Rental Agreement

    (i.) All equipment rentals are subject to a signed rental agreement outlining terms, fees, and responsibilities.

    (ii.) Equipment must be used in accordance with the provided instructions and safety guidelines.

    (iii.) You agree to assume full responsibility for the proper use and care of rented equipment.

    (iv.) Legendary O2: Hyperbaric Rentals & O2 Wellness Consulting reserves the right to terminate a rental agreement at any time if misuse, negligence, or non-payment occurs.

    B. Health & Safety Requirements

    (i.) You agree to complete all pre-screening evaluations before using hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT).

    (ii.) You confirm that you have no contraindications that would prevent safe HBOT use.

    (iii.) We reserve the right to deny services if safety requirements are not met.

    C. Prohibited Uses

    (i.) Equipment must not be used for any illegal, unauthorized, or unsafe purposes.

    (ii.) Tampering, modifying, or attempting to alter equipment is strictly prohibited.

    (iii.) Equipment must not be subleased, resold, or used outside of the designated rental agreement.

    (iv.) Failure to comply with these terms will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and full liability for damages or losses.

    (4.) Payment, Fees, Deposits, and Cancellations

    (i.) All rental fees, deposits, and service charges must be paid in accordance with the terms outlined in your agreement.

    (ii.) Late returns, damages, or misuse may result in additional fees.

    (iii.) Failure to return equipment on time will result in full replacement charges.

    (iv.) Cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy, which may include non-refundable fees.

    (5.) Damage, Liability & Mandatory Insurance

    (i.) Customers are fully responsible for any damages, loss, or theft of the rented equipment exceeding greater than $1000 from normal wear and tear.

    (ii.) Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear.

    (iii.) Customers are required to purchase a non-refundable mandatory Damage and Cleaning Waiver of $125 per rental package.

    (iv.) The Damage Waiver does NOT cover intentional misuse, negligence, theft, or loss.

    (v.) All repairs must be performed by Legendary O2: Hyperbaric Rentals & O2 Wellness Consulting-approved technicians; unauthorized repairs will result in additional fees.

    (vi.) Failure to report damage immediately may result in additional liability.

    (vii.) In cases of loss, theft, or non-returned equipment, the customer agrees to pay the full replacement cost within 30 days.

    (6.) Force Majeure Clause

    Legendary O2: Hyperbaric Rentals & O2 Wellness Consulting shall not be held liable for failure to perform any obligations under this agreement due to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, government regulations, pandemics, labor strikes, or equipment supply chain disruptions. In such cases, no refunds, damages, or penalties shall be owed.

    (7.) Assumption of Risk

    (i.) By signing this agreement and using our services, the customer acknowledges that HBOT is an elective, complementary therapy and assumes full responsibility for any risks, including but not limited to discomfort, pressure-related injuries, or unforeseen medical reactions.

    (ii.) The customer agrees not to hold Legendary O2: Hyperbaric Rentals & O2 Wellness Consulting responsible for any personal injuries or related complications arising from the use of our services.

    (8.) No Modification Clause

    (i.) This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the customer and Legendary O2: Hyperbaric Rentals & O2 Wellness Consulting.

    (ii.) No verbal statements, modifications, or promises made by any employee, agent, or representative shall alter the terms of this contract unless provided in writing and signed by both parties.

    (9.) Termination of Services & Equipment Retrieval

    (i.) Legendary O2: Hyperbaric Rentals & O2 Wellness Consulting reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:

    (a) Violation of these Terms of Service,

    (b) Unsafe use of equipment,

    (c) Non-payment or breach of the rental agreement.

    (ii.) Legendary O2: Hyperbaric Rentals & O2 Wellness Consulting may repossess equipment without prior notice if the terms are violated.

    (10.) Changes to Terms

    (i.) We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

    (ii.) Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
